Returns & Exchanges 

This does not apply to products, which the package has been opened.

1. Products Returned for Credit.

The customer must notify us within Fifteen (15) days of the date of order received of the desire to return a product. The customer must receive authorization from us to return the product (email mingzhisale@163.com). All products must be returned in resalable condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories, including manuals, etc. After receipt and satisfactory evaluation of the returned product, a credit will be issued. The credit will be the original purchase price and returned to customer within 7 days after received by us.

2. Products exchanges.

The customer must notify us within Fifteen (15) days of the date of order received of the desire to exchange a product. The customer must receive authorization from us to exchange the product(mingzhisale@163.com). All products must be returned in resaleable condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories, including manuals, etc. Exchange products will be shipped within 7 days after received by us.
